Remark:
1. All prices listed above are for San Francisco (SFO) or Los Angeles (LAX) departure by Air China (CA) L class. For New York (JFK) departure by Air China (CA) L class, please add $100 extra per person. If L class not available, class upsell applies (subject to availability).
2. All prices listed above are per person in U. S. dollars based on two adults sharing one room, double occupancy. If three adults need to share one room and the third person asking for extra bed, the third person's price will be the same as others. A customer who travels alone is required to pay a single room supplement. Those who want to have a single room will have to pay single supplement. 
3. Children under 12 (2-11 years of age) share room with adult and not asking for extra bed, the reduction in tour fare is $100; if asking for extra bed, the price will be the same as adult.
4. All taxes and fuel surcharge associated with airlines are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
5. Early depart or late return:
Early depart or late return is allowed, the ticket change fee is $50 per person each time, in addition to airlines surcharge for different air class and weekend if necessary. Weekend surcharge (Fri, Sat, Sun): $25 each way.

USA - Xian 

Board an international flight bound for China. Cross the International Date Line.

Day2
 
Xian 

 

Arrive in Beijing. Take a connected flight to Xian. Arrive in Xian, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Xian is the cradle of Chinese civilization, was the state capital of 73 emperors spanning 11 dynasties during 1100 years dating from 4,000 B.C.  Accommodation: Sheraton Hotel (5 star).

Day3
 
Xian (BLD)

Visit another wonder of the ancient world the Terra-Cotta Warriors, concealed under earth, those thousands of life-sized clay warriors, horses and chariots, as one part of the tomb of Emperor Qinshihuang, were accidentally discovered by a farmer while he was digging out a well. You would also see some archaeologists still working on site to uncover the rest part of the vast tomb complex of Emperor Qinshihuang, the first emperor in Chinese history, and also the initiator of the Great Wall. Visit Huaqing Hot Spring. Enjoy royal dumpling dinner. After dinner, you will see a wonderful stage opera show of the Tang Dynasty.

Day4
 
Xian - Guilin (BLD)

After breakfast, we will enjoy a tour of the Bell Tower, the ancient City Wall and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square. We fly to Guilin, a southwest city famous for its splendid natural scenery. The Reed Flute Cave, with another beautiful name as the Art Palace of Nature, features fantastic natural stalactite and stalagmite formations, artfully illuminated by multicolored lights. Another magnificent view you will not miss is Elephant Trunk Hill. After enjoying a local flavor dinner, you will be entertained with the ethnic singing and dancing performance. Accommodation: Royal Garden Hotel (5 star).

Day5
 
Li River (BLD)

Cruising down the Li River, you will be entering a real life gallery. You will pass along the picturesque riverbank and see limestone hill vistas. Disembark at Yangshuo to experience a colorful local market. Return to Guilin in the afternoon.

Day6
 
Guilin - Shanghai (BLD)

Fly to Shanghai after breakfast. Shanghai, the largest commercial and financial center of China. Tour Yu Garden, a finely designed maze of elegant pavilions and ponds in the old part of this city. Then stroll along the Bund, China's most famous waterfront stretching about one mile along the Huangpu River. From there you may take a photo of the Tower of the East Pearl (Asia's tallest TV tower) in the newly developed Pudong District. Accommodation: Howard Johnson Business Club Hotel Shanghai (5 star).

Day7
 
Shanghai (B)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Shanghai Expo Site. Today you will spend whole day to visit 2010 Shanghai World Expo Site. Remark: no lunch and dinner will be provided today. 

Day8
 
Shanghai (B)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Shanghai Expo Site. Today you will spend whole day to visit 2010 Shanghai World Expo Site. Remark: no lunch and dinner will be provided today. 

Day9
 
Shanghai - USA (B)

After breakfast, you are transferred to airport for your return flight back to your home. You will be in the United States the same day. End of tour.
